We have been in the screw piling business for over twenty years and have pioneered their use in all types of projects across the country; from cyclone shelters in Cape York Peninsula to the Olympic Beach Volleyball Grandstand at Bondi Beach.

BOARD & BEAM

Board and beam offers a cheaper alternative to other piling techniques; suitable for straightforward excavations that are not too deep. This technique provides for a safe excavation, holding back the soil to allow for building works to commence.

ANCHOR AND RETAINING SYSTEMS

Our unique screw-in anchoring, soil nailing and steel screw pile systems can be used for emergency, temporary or permanent works and unlike most other anchoring systems they can be loaded immediately after installation and do not require any curing time.

GROUT INJECTED PILES

Most suited to sites where the geotechnical conditions are soft or loose (e.g. silty soil or water charged ground), contiguous flight auger (CFA) and grout injected piling is both a fast and economical technique for foundation projects.

TIMBER AND STEEL DRIVEN PILES

Using timber or steel sections, driven piles are vibrated or hammered into the ground with our specialist hydraulic hammer rigs. These piles require no curing time and because they can be driven in natural sequence offer both time and cost benefits.

UNDERPINNING

Underpinning is traditionally used to support structures that have either failed or subsided to a point where structural rectification is required. We use a variety of techniques to underpin structures including the conventional bored pier with head stock, screw piles and chemical grouting.

SHEET PILES

Able to penetrate depths of up to 24 metres, sheet piling is commonly used to retain boundary walls during construction where adjacent buildings are able to tolerate the vibrations of the installation process.
